Our rule

AI helps with paperwork. A licensed psychiatrist makes every medical decision. Nothing the AI produces goes into your record until your psychiatrist has reviewed it.

What the AI does

• Sends check-ins. Short questionnaires from standard tools, such as the PHQ-9 for depression.
• Summarises what changed. Your psychiatrist gets a short summary of changes since your last visit, alongside your original answers.
• Lays out your medication history. Past doses and the side effects you reported, in one place.
• Drafts visit notes, only if you agree. Your psychiatrist corrects and signs every note.
• Flags worrying answers. They go to a person on the clinical team for review, and you see crisis resources straight away.

What the AI never does

• Diagnose you.
• Choose, start, change, or stop a prescription.
• Give you therapy or medical advice.
• Add anything to your record without your psychiatrist reviewing it.
• Replace your video visits.

Safety

AI can make mistakes. That's why your psychiatrist always sees your original answers, not just the summary, and signs every note themselves.

Your choice

You can turn off AI summaries and note drafting at any time, in your account or by asking your care team. You keep the same psychiatrist and the same care. Your check-ins still reach your psychiatrist, just without the summary.

Your data

We use your information to provide your care. We don't sell your health information or use it for advertising, and we won't use it to train AI models without your separate written permission. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
